Return Policy

At Pancha Ratna Jewellers, we care about making sure you’re happy with your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied with what you bought, here’s how you can return it:

  • Can I Return It? You have 15 days from the date you bought the item to return it. The item needs to be in new condition, meaning it hasn’t been worn and should be in the original packaging with all the certificates.

  • What Can’t Be Returned? Items that are custom-made, have been engraved with a name or message, or have been altered or damaged cannot be returned.

  • How Do I Return It?

    1. Get in Touch: Contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email/Phone Number]. Let them know your order number and why you want to return the item.

    2. Get Approval: Once we approve your return, we’ll give you a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back.

    3. Get Your Refund: After we receive and check the item, we’ll refund your money within 7 business days. The refund will go back to the original payment method you used to buy the item.

Exchange Policy

We know that sometimes the jewelry you choose might not be exactly right. If that happens, you can exchange it:

  • Can I Exchange It? You have 15 days from the date of purchase to exchange your item. The item needs to be in new condition, meaning it hasn’t been worn and is in its original packaging with all certificates.

  • How Do I Exchange It?

    1. Get in Touch: Let our customer service team know your order number and the details of the item you want to exchange.

    2. Get Approval: Once we approve the exchange, we’ll tell you how to send the item back.

    3. Get Your New Item: After we receive the original item, we’ll send the new one within 7 business days. If there’s a difference in price, we’ll either refund you or ask you to pay the difference.

Shipping Policy

We want to make sure your jewelry arrives safely and quickly. Here’s how we handle shipping:

  • For Orders Within Nepal:

    • Within the City: We usually deliver within 1 business day after you place your order.

    • Outside the Valley: Delivery usually takes 2 business days, depending on your location.

    • Shipping Cost:

      • Inside the Valley: Delivery is free.

      • Outside the Valley: Shipping charges vary depending on the region. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

    • Who Delivers It?: We work with trusted courier services to make sure your jewelry arrives securely and on time.

  • For International Orders:

    • Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days, depending on where you live.

    • Shipping Cost: The shipping fee depends on your location and will be shown at checkout.

    • Customs and Duties: If you’re ordering from outside Nepal, you may need to pay customs duties or taxes in your country. That’s something the customer is responsible for.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once we’ve shipped your order, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on where your package is.
